Where we recommend or introduce a third-party bathroom installer, such recommendation or introduction is provided for convenience only and does not form part of the contract for the supply of goods. Any contract for installation services is entered into solely between the customer and the installer.

The customer is responsible for paying the installer directly for all installation services. We do not provide, control, supervise, or warrant any installation work, and we are not a party to any agreement relating to installation services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, defect, delay, or failure arising from or in connection with the installation of bathroom products, including (without limitation) plumbing, electrical works, waterproofing, tiling, ventilation, or structural alterations.

Responsibility for ensuring that installation services are carried out with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with applicable building regulations, health and safety requirements, and industry standards, rests exclusively with the installer.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes our liability for the supply of goods themselves where such liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
