About Us Your Bathroom Specialists

---

At Umbrella Bathrooms, we believe customer service should be delivered with the same care, precision, and diligence as the bathrooms we create.

From the very first conversation, we take a personal, considered approach with every client. We listen carefully, offer honest guidance, and help shape solutions that reflect each customer’s space, style, and expectations, never driven by pressure or up selling.

Between us, we’ve built a team that’s trusted for its product knowledge, clarity, and professionalism. From transparent pricing and realistic lead times to smooth coordination and reliable aftercare, we focus on making the entire experience feel calm, seamless, and assured.

And when challenges arise, as they sometimes do in any renovation, we take responsibility and resolve them quickly and properly. Our commitment doesn’t end at the point of sale; we stay involved to ensure every project is completed to the standard we’d expect in our own homes.

It’s this consistent, first hand approach that has earned Umbrella Bathrooms the trust of homeowners, designers, and trade professionals, and why so many of our clients return and recommend us.

At Umbrella Bathrooms, we wanted to create a bathroom showroom where customers could get genuine advice rather than simply being sold products. We understand that a bathroom is a deeply personal space. It’s where your day begins and ends, and it deserves a level of care, thought, and craftsmanship that reflects your individual taste. That’s why we pride ourselves on delivering a remodelling experience that is entirely tailored to you.

From our bathroom showroom in Bournemouth, we personally guide every project from the initial consultation through to the final details. As bathroom design specialists, our role is to listen, advise, and bring your vision to life with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re drawn to timeless elegance or contemporary design, we curate every element with purpose.

Our showroom features an extensive selection of refined fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, and lighting. We offer everything from high-quality, budget conscious solutions to exceptional, luxury bathroom collections.

These are all chosen to enhance both the beauty and functionality of your space.

Above all, we want you to feel assured throughout the process.

With us, your project is managed with integrity, expertise, and genuine care.

This is your bathroom.

We simply provide the expertise, guidance, and craftsmanship to achieve the look you want, whatever your style, and always with respect for your budget.
