Rich has over a decade of Bathroom knowledge from working within Plumbers Merchants throughout Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch.

Great customer service is something Rich is extremely proud to deliver, be it bespoke bathrooms or just a tap, every customer has Rich's full attention.

Founding Umbrella Bathrooms Ltd with Steve in November 2022.

You will see Rich in the showroom Monday to Friday 0900 - 1600 plus 50% of Saturdays.

Rich is a proud Army Veteran who is passionate about spending time with his family,cooking, walking in the countryside, playing his huge collection of board games and playing Dungeons and Dragons

Rich is currently writing a fantasy fiction novel.

Steve has over 20 years of installation experience of bathrooms, coupled with being a heating engineer enables Steve to provide the best solutions for your bathroom and home needs.

Founding Umbrella Bathrooms Ltd with Rich in November 2022.

You will see Steve in the bathroom showroom 50% of Saturdays.

Steves focus and attention to detail when it comes to installing your bespoke bathrooms is second to none, personally overseeing your bathroom to the finish.

Steve loves spending time with his family, gardening, multiple DIY projects, online gaming and playing Dungeons and Dragons.
